Shipping is always free. We ship as soon as possible and absolutely free of shipping costs.
In all possible countries on an international level. As long as you have an address and can receive regional mail, we will send you our goods. Please only note that you receive the goods at your own risk. We will send you a tracking number to track your package, the rest is up to you. In the event that the package has not been sent by us or has not left the country of origin, we will send you a replacement.
International shipping usually takes between 2 and 3 weeks. This can vary depending on the location. Please note that we also need time to complete the order. Therefore, it may take some time before we give the green light and can ship the goods.
Refunds on the part of the customer cannot be accepted by us in any way. If for any reason we cannot complete your order, we will, of course, send the full amount back to you. Please understand that we are not a big international shipping company, but a one-man tailor website. Therefore, it is simply not possible (also financially) to pay refunds without good reason. From a legal point of view, handmade products cannot be refunded in accordance with the PayPal Customer Protection Act.
We accept the PayPal portal in the interest of the customer. You can read all possible payment methods from PayPal here. In summary, you can pay with a credit card, debit card, and bank account via PayPal. This covers all common payment methods. This is in the interest of the customer since you have buyer protection with every order via PayPal.
